By accessing or using Calendo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all trainers, coaches, and fitness professionals using our platform to manage client sessions.
2. Description of Service
Calendo provides an automated session ledger designed to track client packages, automate credit deductions, and manage renewals. Features include:
- One-tap session deductions from active client packages.
- Automated low-balance alerts for upcoming renewals.
- Integration with Google Calendar for session management.
3. 14-Day Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users to explore the features of Calendo.
- No Credit Card Required: You are not required to provide payment information to start your 14-day trial.
- Trial Expiration: At the end of the 14 days, access to premium tracking features will be restricted unless a paid subscription is started.
4. Google Calendar Integration
Calendo allows users to sync training sessions with their Google Calendar.
- Scope: By connecting your account, you grant Calendo permission to view, create, and edit events on your calendar via the
.../auth/calendar.events scope.
- Responsibility: You remain responsible for all activities on your Google Calendar initiated through the Calendo interface. We are not liable for accidental deletions or scheduling conflicts.
5. Fees and Revenue Disclaimer
Calendo is a tool to assist in revenue management, but we are not a financial institution.
- Revenue Tracking: While we alert you to low balances, the actual collection of funds from your clients is your responsibility.
- Liability: Calendo is not liable for any lost revenue, missed sessions, or "free" training hours resulting from data entry errors or technical interruptions.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
